Schedule of Events

Friday, June 12 

6 PM - Family Campout: Kick off the reunion under the stars at the local park.

• • Come hang out and chat around the fire for a bit, even if you booked a hotel nearby.

  • Bring your own dinner and snacks, though some will be shared.

  • The grass is open for tents to be set up.

  • There are bathrooms with running water.

  • Camp trailers are welcome and can be parked along the road. There are NOT hookups available (Water, Electric, Sewer).

Saturday, June 13

9 AM - Activities: Games, Scavenger Hunt, and the Auction.

• • • Family History Display

    • Genealogy Scavenger Hunt

    • Guess How Many candies in the Candy Jar.

    • Bid for amazing items at the silent auction. Bring an Item to Auction.

    • Popcorn, and Cotton Candy machines!

    • Water Slide Bouncy House. 

10:30 AM - Business Meeting & Rain gutter Regatta: Our annual family business meeting.

• Adults will meet in the church gym for Family Business & Officer Nominations.

• Children will have a boat building and racing activity.

• Stuffed animal parade. Kids, bring your favorite plush friends and a wagon to join the fun!

11:30 AM - Lunch: Burgers, hotdogs, and fries

• Burgers, hotdogs, and ribbon fries are provided, including all the fixings: onion, tomato, pickles, lettuce, and condiments.

• Home Made Root beer!

• Please bring a side dish. Something that goes well with the menu.

1:00 PM - Finale: Auction, Candy, & Awards

• Auction Closes at 12:30. Items received.

• Candy Jar Guessers announced.

• Other prizes awarded.
